Q: HOw do i book an APPOINTMENT?

A: There is a link in the BOOK APPOINTMENT page. It will direct you to a self booking site. There you can see the services I offer and the starting prices. Starting prices varies depending on length, destiny, and amount time the service takes.
 

Q:Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes, I do. I accept all major credit cards. However , there is 3% service fee that is added to your total when paying with card. Cash is preferred, for service and tip.

 

 

Q: How long till i can book my next service?

A: Haircuts;

Short Hair 4-5 weeks

 Medium Hair 4-6 weeks  

 Long Hair 6-8 weeks. 
Curly Hair 3 Months Dusting 

Coloring;

Every 4-8 weeks

Deep Conditioning Treatment;

Every 1-2 weeks

Protein Treatment ;

Only once a month

 

 

Q: CANCELLATION POLICY

A: If you cancel less then 48 hours prior or don't call and don't show up to your service, you will be charged a fee. Confirmation & reminder emails will state your fee on the bottom of the policy.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service, please let Chissel know within 24 hours and Chissel can schedule a correction within a week maximum from your original appointment date.
