Q: What’s a WAsh and Go ?

•If your hair lacks definition in its natural product free state and you are not happy with undefined curls, then the wash and go is not for you.

•Wash and Go is when you wear your hair in its natural curl pattern, without manipulating the style with tools, braids or stretching.

Hair Wash • Product Application • Style ( Diffuse hair 50% and the rest air-dry or sit under a dryer until dry.)

Please note - estimated time does not include time required to sit under a hooded dryer.

Q: How to come for a Curly Cut?


Come with your hair completely down and dry in its natural state. Clarify and detangle your hair. You can have your hair styled how you like to wear it . Your hair can have products but nothing too oily or greasy or very hard gel. No side parts or edges gelled down. 2nd or 3rd day hair is perfect, please don't come in with 5 or 7 day hair. No pony tails, no wet hair, no pulled back hair and no hat hair. Please follow all instructions to avoid extra fees.

> Naturally wavy,curly, and coily hair has a spring factor, which is best observed on dry hair. A dry cut with no tension cutting a single curl exactly where it lives visually instead of literally.

  • At the end of the day the cut will be created specially for your curl type, texture , bone structure and features.

Q:Can I get on the waiting list?

A: If you don’t see an availability, check back frequently for any openings. There are no waiting list, any cancellation will automatically be available.



Q: How long till i can book my next service?


Short Hair 4-5 weeks

 Medium Hair 4-6 weeks  

 Long Hair 6-8 weeks. 
Curly Hair 3 Months Dusting 


Every 4-8 weeks

Deep Conditioning Treatment;

Every 1-2 weeks

Protein Treatment ;

Only once a month



A: If you cancel less then 48 hours prior or don't call and don't show up to your service, you will be charged a fee. Confirmation & reminder emails will state your fee on the bottom of the policy. Failure to pay fees will result in refusal of any future services. Email to cancel

A: Yes, I do. I accept all major credit cards. Cash is preferred, for service and tip.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service, please let me know within 24 hours and I can personally schedule a correction within the same week from your original appointment date. After all, I’m trying to build a long lasting relationship and seeing you happy is the goal. Please remember depending on the condition of the hair before the service things take time. Please, I will be patient with you if you are patient and reasonable with me. If the re-do is completely different then what was agreed on then there will be an extra charge. There are no refunds.
